Quick Ways to Log In
- Use the "Login" button (top right):
Go to https://www.snowtech.com.au and click the Login button in the top-right corner. - Direct login link:
Go straight to https://www.snowtech.com.au/login.
Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps:
- Open the login page: https://www.snowtech.com.au/login.
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address linked to your account and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email and click the reset link.
- Create a new password and confirm.
Tip: If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder and verify you used the correct email address.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you’ve enabled 2FA, you’ll be prompted for a one-time code after entering your password. Open your authenticator app, enter the code, and complete the login.
Troubleshooting
- "Invalid email or password" — Reset your password via Forgot Password? and try again.
- No reset email received — Check spam/junk; add snowtech.com.au to your safe senders; request another reset.
- Still can’t log in? — Contact support and include your account email and a brief description of the issue.
Security Tips
- Use a unique password with at least 12 characters (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication in your Client Area for extra protection.
- Always log out on shared or public devices.
